Anthony and Tanner met, you guessed it, while working in a restaurant! Together they now share their passion for food and want to share it with others. With a big family, and a successful small business, they both work tirelessly and strive to make everyday rewarding.
Originally from Chicago, Chef Tony has lived in Florida, Seattle, Dallas, and in 2009 moved to KC, a place he now calls home. Utilizing his cooking skills, Chef Tony immediately went to work in the kitchen to provide for his family, while taking night classes to perfect his culinary craft at The Art Institute. He delights in seeing others enjoying his culinary creations. He looks forward to sharing his 15 years of experience in the food industry by creating the freshest and most delicious food for the streets of Kansas City! GO CHIEFS!!
Born and raised here in Kansas City, KS, Tanner comes from a family of chefs. She has passion for bringing happiness to other people’s hearts via their taste buds. With the success of Eat Clean, she has now taken on the roll of being Eat Clean's Event Coordinator, while also assisting in other aspects of the business. Since her Father passed in 2018, she honors his legacy by using the skills he taught her in the kitchen, as well as, embodying his belief that hard work and determination are the keys to success.
